I would like to start off by saying I'm new to this game, I come from a game called "Puzzle Pirates", decided to try something new after I found myself bored from accomploshing everything someone can accomplish within Puzzle Pirates. I've been playing this game for the last 2 weeks and I really enjoyed it, so I talk to a few of my friends who were wondering where I was spending my free time, they decided to come over here and check it out, some of them liked it and some didn't, well the thing is that we all know each other from school and use the school network to log on to the internet, maybe no all of us but most of us, as many of you may know, USA schools provide free access to the internet. Even though access to the internet is free, the IP for all PCs and devices connected to the net from the same network WILL have the same IP, I logged on one day to my account here and find a nice little message saying my account was disabled due to multiple accounts, the thing about that is that I have no control over the IP and my internet comes from a school router so I share the same IP as 200+ other computers, when I email the jury about my situation I received an email back saying :
The logs shows that the majority of you 'friends" come from the same PC.
Also worth a check here (especially numnber 6)http://thefivepillars.org/help/laws.php
If you read the rules, rule #6 says something about respecting others, which has nothing to do with my case. I find this unfair and frustrating, the person looking at my case is no even reading my explanation and I even sent them screenshot which show that I in fact play from a wireless network and a link to a wikipedia article explaining how a wireless network provides/shares the same IP. On top of the person no even reading my situation, I get 1 single response from them a day, I reply to their email within 5-10 mins after they send them. Is there anyone that can help me clarify this and get my account back? I can provide proof(like I already have) showing that I in fact share my IP address with more than 1 PC, also if they were to check IP history from my friends, they would be able to see that some of them are from overseas, wouldn't it be hard for me to be in the USA and Overseas at the same time?.
